Since our establishment in the year 2006, we have been focusing on surpassing our clients expectations by offering them quality assured Aluminum Fluid Coupling, Non Ferrous Aluminum Castings, along with a host of various other products. In the awe to deliver our customers best products, we started following good manufacturing practices and manufacturing products as per clients requirements. Since our products exceeded our customers expectations and regulatory guidelines, we got ISO 9001:2000 certification. For testing manufactured goods, we have an in-house well-developed lab that is handled by quality keeping experts. These experts conduct chemical, physical and metallurgical test using hi-end equipment like Spectrometer. Apart from these test, they also do stage wise inspection and post extrusion inspection along with rectification and correction.

Apart from offering custom-made products we also offer customization facility on packing, so according to the needs of the customers we pack products as per given specifics.

State-of-the-art-facility

Our state-of-the-art-facility comprise of manufacturing department, quality checking lab, R&D facility. This facility is equipped with modern machines and easy to use tools that aid us produce and delivery quality Aluminum Heat Sink Section, Aluminum Extrusion Coating Plants and other products on time. We have been able to produce 3000 MT of extruding products only because of installed modern mechanisms which are as follows:

Diligent Team

We have experienced and diligent engineers, designers, R&D experts, quality controllers, sales and marketing people. All of our employees work with full dedication to complete targets. Each of the employee is trained properly before assigning any work. Also, time to time training sessions are also given to improve employees skill and enhance their knowledge. From designing and developing Extrusions for resistors to extrusions for displays and exhibitions and machined components in normal and customized sizes, all these are manufacturing activities are well-performed by our employees. 

Field Of Execution

After establishment in the manufacturing wing, the company has started taking up Projects in the construction field. Despite being relatively young in this sector, the company has undertaken prestigious projects. We have a team of qualified Engineers and work force to offer our customers are comprehensive service ranging from concept to completion as enumerated below:

• Preparation of layout and design in conjunction with the Architects.
• Budgetary pricing for the Builders at the bidding stage.
• Selection of appropriate system taking factors into consideration such as span, width, wind load, method of fixing, allowable deflection and thermal transmittance etc
• Preparation of shop drawings and selection of suitable sections/hardware from functional and aesthetical new point. project scheduling and monitoring.
• Handing over and maintenance.

The company is known in the market as the developer of many alloys and around 3000 dies to cater the requirement of Architectural applications. Beside this, Electric and Electronic industries, Sprinkler irrigation system industries, Luggage industries, Furniture and bus body builders, Textile machinery industries, Defense, Indian Navy etc.
